Join Local Three for a four-course dinner featuring Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Old Vine Zinfandel by Hartford Family Winery! You'll try six of Hartford's finest juices along with a menu prepared specially for the evening by Chef Ben Barth. Plus- we'll be joined by Tom Rozner, Hartford Family Winery's Vice President of Sales.

Hartford Family Winery is a family-owned winery located in the Russian River area of Sonoma County. The winery specializes in single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and old vine Zinfandel. The wines produced express the character of their unique vineyards.

First Course:
Crudo of North Carolina Flounder- preserved lemon, charred asparagus, basil
Four Hearts Chardonnay & Stone Côte Chardonnay

Second Course:
Braised Mississippi Rabbit- maitake mushroom, chive gnocchi, cherry
Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Third Course:
Pepper Crusted Cheshire Pork Loin- parmesan polenta, carrot, blackberry
Land's Edge Vineyard Pinot Noir & Far Coast Vineyard Pinot Noir

Fourth Course:
Eclair- fromage blanc, huckleberry, mint
