VELVET - A PS UNDERGROUND dinner event.
In a secret location, behind a secret door in the heart of PALM SPRINGS lies the supper club VELVET. VELVET was created by PS UNDERGROUND exclusively for RESTAURANT WEEK and is a unique alternative to the traditional restaurant experience.
What can you expect within the walls of the VELVET Supper Club? It will be an all-encompassing environment designed to heighten all your senses. It will be part supper club, part sultry cabaret and part culinary theater. PS UNDERGROUND events have been dubbed "A culinary RAVE for adults" and a "Feast for all Senses". Sit back, relax and expect the unexpected.
The uniquely presented four course menu is kept secret and is revealed as the evening progresses. It adds to the mystique. Our chef will be happy to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions if revealed at the time of seat purchase.
We have a drink menu that was specifically created for this event. Beverages are not included in the ticket price and will be billed on consumption upon the culmination of the event.
