Saiko Sushi + Coedo Brewer's Dinner

Join us at Saiko Sake + Sushi Bar in North Park as our innovative chefs, led by Executive Chef/ Owner Anthony Pascale, prepare an epic six-course sushi and beer pairing dinner. See menu and Coedo beer pairings below.

PLUS, the brewer from Coedo will be joining us from Japan and we will have a very special limited release collaboration beer. The beer was made in collaboration with Coedo, Stone Brewing and Garage Project Brewing from New Zealand. It's a saison made with ume plum, red parilla leaf and aged in New Zealand Chardonnay barrels. This is a very special beer you probably won't find anywhere else.
