Aligning Ourselves with the Season: Summer

In this class we will talk about how to get the most joy through the summer season while staying rooted. We will talk about the Chinese Medicine associations with this season, and how to work those aspects into our lives in a balanced and healthful way. The importance of living our lives based on the seasons will be discussed and explored. This class will be full of fun, group discussion and participation. Applicable and realistic hints on how to be in line and living according the the summers wisdom will be shared. There will be a brief energetic tool taught for being grounded and able to experience joy to its full extent. Come join us for fun and summer tea! There will also be samples of summertime flavors, tinctures and a helpful handout.

Lindsay is a 5-Element acupuncturist who has been practicing for over 11 years. Loving her work, she is guided by her patients symptomatic clues as to how each individual can live the best experience in their body . A recent graduate of the Blue Iris Mystery School, Lindsay is passionate about weaving magical elements into her life, work and classes. She loves teaching and practicing acupuncture and is excited to work with you.
