humblED: Whole Farm Dinner: Snug Harbor Heritage Farm

We are excited to be working with farmer Jonathan Wilson of SNUG HARBOR HERITAGE FARM in Staten Island for our second dinner!

5-course dinner plus wine pairings. $95 all-inclusive.

We are very excited to announce the second dinner in a series, entitled, "humblED". This is a dining series that makes our corkscrews and chef's knives weak in the knees. We'd like you to be a part of this. It's about working with the types of produce, ingredients & wines that farmers, chefs and sommeliers are excited about, but that haven't quite made their ways into popular discussion. It's about opening up a true dialogue between every stakeholder in the journey that food takes along its path to your plate.

Our quest at Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels Centre Street is to shrink the world between vineyard and sipper, farm and diner.

For our second dinner, we will pair with yet another local farm, from which we will source all of our ingredients. The advent of Spring is a time we have ALL been longing for; stay tuned for more details on the farm and menu. Don't hesitate--get your tickets now!

Thinking about the whole production cycle, literally from farm to table, is something that ignites our fires. In order to help shape the way people eat over the next generation, it is important for us to understand all of the challenges and also create new possibilities. From diner to chef, sommelier to farmer, we want to bring everyone to the table to share a great moment and also consider the limitless & beautiful future that can lay ahead if we all understand more about the journey of food & wine.
