Intermediate/Advanced Acro Intensive (Session I)

Come join us for a 2.5 day Intermediate/Advanced AcroYoga Intensive with Liz, Kathy, Crystal and Ariel!

Session I June 10-12
Session II Nov 11-13

Pre-requisites for the Intensives: free shoulder stand, 3s needle, free star, mono reverse star, side star, foot to hand (reg and rev), tuck sit, thigh stand, two high.
Also helpful to already be training hand-to-hands and inversions regularly!

Session I included: Our favorite & most effective acrobatic training techniques, hand balancing & inversions, challenging AcroYoga washing machines / flows, creative process, and fundamentals for a solid L-basing & standing acrobatics practice.

Session II will include: Same Same BUT Different... Just the right amount of BadAss, innovative, butt kicking material that you expect from the Fabulous 4!!!
