You spoke & we listened! In order to make our cooking classes more accessible, we have discounted the rest of the year's "syllabus" to just $150 per class! Come enjoy a fully hands-on learning experience in the Local Three kitchen alongside our knowledgeable team of chefs. Each of our classes focus on seasonality of ingredients and cooking techniques that you can easily add to your repertoire!
This July, Sous Chef Sean Newton will teach you the cooking methods of curing and confit. Learn how cooking through preservation can unlock unique textures and hidden flavors!
After the class, you'll invite a guest to join you for a private lunch to enjoy all of the dishes you've worked hard on! Beverages from Local Three's bar are available for purchase.
Lunch Menu:
- Salad of Summer Greens with Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette
- Confit Cherry Tomatoes with Bucatini, Bacon, and Parmesan
- Duck Confit with Summer Bean and Potato Confit Salad
- Banana Bread Pudding with Candied Walnuts & Bourbon Butter Sauce
Only ten spaces are available for each class, and the ticket price includes the class, lunch for two, tax and gratuity.
