Yoga & Mosaic Art - Body

This is the first of a four part workshop series that breaks down Body | Mind | Heart | Soul individually and each half day workshop is approached with ancient yoga and meditation practices that lead to ultimate fulfillment and freedom. Each workshop can be taken as a standalone, but attending all four provides wellness as a whole. Each of these workshops begins at the Yoga Center, next door to Copper Cat Studio, guided by Christie Malone.

Body: You will be guided through a gentle hatha yoga practice with breathing practices to purify and strengthen the body. (April 3)

Mind: You will be guided through breathing practices, gentle restorative yoga postures, and guided meditation to create a calm and stable mind. (May 1)

Heart: You will be guided through gentle hatha yoga and restorative yoga postures with meditation to allow for expansion, forgiveness, and healing necessary to live life from a place of love. (July 31st)

Soul: You will be guided through meditation practices to obtain higher perception and illumination of your spirit, as well as education to obtain a sustainable meditation practice at home. (August 28)

Each of these practices are followed by a mosaic workshop with mosaic artist Katie Packham at Copper Cat Studio. She will guide you through the process of creating a beautiful mosaic expression and symbol to express each particular theme.
