EXPANSION: ARTISTIC VOICE

Spend Sunday afternoon APRIL 10th expanding your consciousness and delving deeper into your creative vision. This EXPANSION will be centered around ARTISIC VOICE, with sessions from experts that will open us up to free flowing creativity through writing, voice and body movement.

The day will start with a guided mediation and gong + crystal bowl sound bath to ground us in our energies. Then we will channel our visions into a writing exercise, flowing naturally into a collaborative vocal activity, and lastly a body movement practice. We will conclude with nourishing tea and intention setting.
