Dance Workshop with Gafieira Brasil: Samba no Pé and Samba de Gafieira
Gafieira Brasil Dance Group brings the best of the dance traditions from Rio de Janeiro. They will teach Samba no Pé, a solo dance with syncopated footwork and upper body movement, and Samba de Gafieira, a partner dance that evolved as ballroom dance.

CubaCaribe, the acclaimed annual folkloric and contemporary dance and music Festival, will feature three exuberant weeks of Caribbean dance and music performances, master classes, film screenings, lectures and celebrations throughout the Bay Area.
