Many of our classes are about helping us discover our own bodies. In this class we will work on how this knowledge and skill can help us work with other performers. Actors, dancers or other types of stage artists please come with scenes, or best of choreographic ideas and we will look at how your Three Pillars Delsarte work can help you support your art with other artists.
