The Urban Farm Table

Join us for an afternoon of inspiration and good company at the APC Farm2Market farm. Keynote speaker and accomplished chef, Matthew Dolan, will speak on the topic of, Being Green and Sustainable in Business and Our Private Lives - Big and Small Steps to Lasting Change. APC residents will share their own experiences on the farm and their hopes for brighter future.

About Matthew Dolan
Matthew Dolan has been passionately developing his culinary talents since he was fourteen years old. He received his formal training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Following his passion from Café des Artistes in Manhattan to Emerils Restaurant in New Orleans, through Europe, earning a Michelin Star as the chef de cuisine at Ravintola Demo in Finland. Then off to San Francisco.

He exploded onto the San Francisco scene as executive chef at Garibaldi's on Presidio and has achieved his dream of running his own kitchen at Twenty Five Lusk in San Francisco's SoMa district. I am a cook. The focus is creating the best possible guest experience through our teamwork, determination, and excitement for what we are cooking and serving. Twenty Five Lusk is proud to be a San Francisco Certified Green Business.
