Seth Warner's LP Project 2: Neil Young's Tonight's The Night
Portsmouth based musician Marc McElroy will join the Seth Warner Band for a complete performance of Neil Young's 1973 (released in '75 - delayed by the record company) album Tonight's the Night - a moving, powerful and sometimes even humorous exploration and coming to terms with the heroin related deaths of his friends and band mates Danny Whitten and Bruce Berry.
The evening will begin with solo acoustic set featuring Neil Young songs and ending with selections from his electric AND eclectic catalog with the full band.
They'll also play a band set with choice covers and originals that match well with the music that influenced Neil.
The second set will feature the Young's entire album Tonight's the Night.
Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door.
