Ramsey Triad Presents: Paper Tigers - A Film Screening
To inspire us to learn from what happened when another community transformed its approach to behavior issues  shifting away from punishment and blame toward understanding the underlying trauma and other causes and helping students to tackle those barriers so they can succeed in school and in life.

We hope you will join us at Neighborhood House in St. Paul, MN on Thursday, February 18th for a community screening of the film Paper Tigers.

Doors open at 3:00 p.m. and the film will begin at 3:15 p.m. After the screening, there will be a brief, engaging conversation about the film and the lens it casts upon trauma-informed, asset-based approaches to working with young people. Come explore what one school did to transform their approach to educating and connecting authentically with youth by better understanding and responding to the implications of adverse childhood experiences.

We are specifically seeking a vibrant cross-cultural mixing of individuals for this engaged screening and conversation. If you know someone who will add and receive value through their participation, please feel free to reach out across race, class, culture or age and invite them to join you.

This event is free and open to the community. Space is limited and seating is on a first-come, first served basis. If you have access to a computer, please select "print ticket at home" to avoid the wait at the will call line.

Please note: due to some brief explicit language this film may not be appropriate for younger audiences.
