Show your love for your sweetheart this Valentine's Day by learning the sweet secrets of Apfelpfannkuchen, the traditional German Baked Apple Pancake! Originating from the Bavarian area of southwest Germany, Apfelpfannkuchen has a delicious fruit filling and is served with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Taught by Chef Rita, this fun and informative class will utilize heart-shaped pans to turn out the perfect homemade sweet treat to share with someone you love. A favorite with couples!
