"One at a Time: Tails of Triumph" Screening (Oakland, CA)
"One at a Time: Tails of Triumph" is a full-length documentary that follows the journey of four homeless dogs from their time at the shelter and into the care of a rescue group. With the help of Left Behind K-9 Rescue, Capone, Banksy, Otto, and Liberty are all given a second chance at life.
9,000 healthy and adoptable pets are killed every day in this country. This film highlights the many issues that play into this tragic statistic. It also offers solutions to the problem and encourages community involvement to help make a difference for these four-legged companions in need.
Join us for the Oakland Premiere screening on Saturday, February 27, from 3 PM to 5 PM at the New Parkway Theater. Oakland Animal Services and their dedicated volunteers are also featured in this film.
This is a not-for-profit project and all ticket revenue will help cover the remaining production costs of the film.
