This workshop will provide information on raising meat chickens for small farm operations. Participants will hear from long time chicken producer Larry Giberson on practices gained from over 50 years experience raising, showing, and breeding poultry.
Topics to be covered include:
- Breed selection
- Nutrition
- Feeding techniques
- Housing, space and shelter
- Additional resources
