Spellbound Burlesque presents Notorious
After a scintillating 2015 Spellbound Productions is back and ready to bring Phoenix it's unique take on modern burlesque. Heat up your January nights by experiencing "Notorious" in their"in the round" 360 degree stage seating. Each show carries a unique, seductive atmosphere and showcases talent not just from the Phoenix area, but headlining performers from burlesque communities all across the country. Now a staple at the decadent Club Palazzo, Spellbound is ready for another year of awe-inducing performances in 2016!
Notorious stars The Golden Glamazon herself, Sydni Deveraux from New York City! At a statuesque 6'2'' she is one of the tallest, yet most charming performers in all of burlesque. Sydni's dynamic performing style is an entertaining mix of wit, finesse, and sophisticated musicality. In 2013 Sydni received international recognition with the award of 1st runner up for "Miss Exotic World" at the Burlesque Hall of Fame weekend in Las Vegas. She has been voted one of burlesque's top 50 performers from 2011 through 2014. As a performer, producer, model, and instructor, Sydni has traveled the world showcasing her incredible burlesque talent!
Spellbound is also pleased to bring back to their stage the captivating Di' Lovely! San Diego's homegrown burlesque starlet, she is making her triumphant return back to Arizona after winning the prestigious title of "Best Burlesque earlier this year at the Arizona Burlesque Festival. In the meantime Di' Lovely has continued to work tirelessly to bring her talents all across the country. It's a burlesque truth that where Di goes she never ceases to slay each stage leaving audiences on the edge of their seats. Back for a another night in the round this crowd pleaser is ready for her encore. Di has also been featured on Playboy TV teaching the slow burn of burlesque, and is the founder of the successful clothing and apparel line "Traveling Showgirl."
Finally, because we missed her zingers and one-liners too much, Spellbound is excited to bring back the charming Nevaeh McKenzie as emcee. Located right here in Phoenix, Nevaeh, aka "Fitfish," is one of Phoenix's premiere female illusionists and will be doubling down on the devilish quick-wit and captivating glamour as your host for the evening. Nevaeh is also the reigning Miss Gay Arizona America!
