Special Super Bowl silliness for next round of Bitch and Tell features comedy players who perform their own original material--all new for these shows! BART, bike, walk, run, take MUNI to these fun shows that you will be part during next week's 50th game festivities in SF.

Improv groups Wachaa and Cat Dance bring their best game face to kickoff the shows and pump up the audience. Pearl Marill dances a solo requiring the audience to use those cell phones and win a prize! Paco Romane and Allison Mick divulge revealing stories about themselves. Windy Wynazz (rhymes with pizazz) is on the way to being rich and famous. Mary Hicks is the wild, crazy, trickster host. Then there's edgy Bri Crabtree juggling knives.

SF/ARTS curator Jean Schiffman had this to say about Bitch and Tell: a real funny variety show:  "Billed as a variety show, this ongoing series features, this time around, improv and sketch comedian-about-town Paco Romane and Oakland writer/comedian Allison Mick (telling true-life stories and creating various characters); actor/dancer/choreographer Pearl Marill; and three clowns: Circus Center graduate Windy Wynazz, "goddess of gravity" Bri Crabtree and "Dr. Professor Mesmerizer" Mary Hicks. Expect a Super Bowl theme."

SF Weekly: The Undergroundlings: Bitch and Tell Heralds a Comeback for Highbrow Comic Variety Shows by feature writer Lily Janiak: "A variety show could hardly be truer to the genre than Bitch and Tell...And all are comedians - in their own ways. Yet these acts are not your typical comedy club routines, so that's where producer Mary Alice Fry came in.... The comedians, broadly defined, in Bitch and Tell specialize in thoughtful, observational humor, and they also play with the form of comedy in exciting ways."
