GLOBAL BELLY LAUGH DAY CELEBRATION FOR ALL AGES, FEATURING:
12:30-2PM: LAUGHTER YOGA WORKSHOP with Sarah Routman
2PM-3PM: HEALTHY HAPPY HOUR

Global Belly Laugh Day was first held in January 24, 2006 to celebrate the great gift of laughter. We celebrate the smiles and laughs that transform our moments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the 7 continents. In June, 2005 Elaine Helle, the founder of Global Belly Laugh Day realized we celebrate love, (Feb. 14) give thanks, (Thanksgiving) even flossing has it's day (day after Thanksgiving in the USA) Why don't we have a day to celebrate the great gift of laughter. The holiday is celebrated all over the world at 1:24pm local time on January 24th. Sarah Routman, International Laughter Yoga Specialist, will lead us in a special celebratory laughter workshop from 12:30-2pm, beginning with 'smile push-ups' and ending with a special laughter meditation. At 1:24pm we'll join the Global celebration as we send out our Belly Laughs into the universe.
All ages welcome!
