RIVERTOWN FILM'S 2ND ANNUAL "WHAT INSPIRES YOU" POWERED BY PECHAKUCHA

The creative process is a mystery, known only to the artist.
Not always. On Saturday, December 16, Rivertown Film provides a peek into this "mystery" at its 2nd Annual "What Inspires You," Powered by PechaKucha. "PechaKucha's" come to us from Japan where they were originally conceived as a setting where creative people in all walks of life could meet, show their work, and exchange ideas.
In our version, thirteen artists from various disciplines-photographer, filmmaker, singer, dancer, musician, sculptor, and more - reveal in rapid fire what inspires them via 20 slides, at 20 seconds per slide.
This unique, entertaining and enlightening evening begins at 7:30 pm at the Nyack Center (Broadway at Depew). Admission includes complimentary hors d'oeuvres, with wine available for a small contribution, and the opportunity to mingle with the artists before and after the presentation
