Older Women and Sexual Pleasure (Good Vibrations- Brookline)
A lot of people think that when women reach a "certain age," the sexual spark has gone out. But you can definitely use it to rekindle the fire, especially when you have a little know-how. Dr. Anita Hoffer, sexologist and educator, will give you the information and research-based insights you need to understand the sexuality concerns of older women, create strategies for dealing with physical, mental, and emotional changes, find fun new ways to have sex, and discover the amazing opportunities for pleasure that are waiting for you. This interactive workshop will include opportunities for Q&A, as well as resources to be used after this class to help you understand more about anatomy and sexual functioning at this stage in life and useful tips and techniques for sexual activity and safer sex.
