2016 Hanging Rock Polar Plunge

The 2016 Hanging Rock Polar Plunge will take place on Friday, January 1, 2016, with all activities originating from the Hanging Rock State Park Historic Bathhouse, 1790 Hanging Rock Park Road, Danbury, NC 27016.

Check in / Day of registration begins at 1:30pm, the Costume Parade begins at 2:30pm with "The Lake Plunge" scheduled for 3pm.

First 150 participants to register will receive an event Towel with logo, and Unlimited food / beverage.

Advanced Registration via Brown Paper Tickets is $25 per person, Day of Registration is $35 per person

ALL Plunge Participants must be 14 years or older.
Plunge Participants under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. ALL participants will be required to sign a Release & Waiver of Liability on the day of the event.

Beach Bon Fire, Heated Changing Rooms, and New Year's Day Fun!!!

The event will take place rain or shine, unless directed by Stokes Emergency Medical Services to cancel.

No charge for spectators, and food / beverage will be available for purchase.
