Traditional Norwegian Christmas Table / Julebord
Leif Erikson Lodge 2-001, Sons of Norway, serves a traditional Christmas dinner on Saturday, December 12, 2015, starting at 5PM. Come join with your family and friends to celebrate a Norwegian Christmas in Seattle. There will be singing and dancing around the Christmas tree following dinner. The menu includes appetizers, ribs, pork roast, surkaal (sour cabbage), medisterkaker (pork sausage meat patties), lingonberries, fiskepudding (fish pudding) with shrimp sauce, apple slaw, and riskrem (rice cream) with strawberry sauce. Catered by Me and you Catering. A variety of refreshments will be available. Entertainment includes the music of Harold Nygaard, accordionist. All reservations must be made in advance. No tickets at the door.
$32/person or $16 for children 14 and under.
