SUMMARY OF PROGRAM:
Chuck Black, PE, a Senior Environmental Engineer with S&ME will discuss current issues in Environmental Engineering. Chuck Black was elected Regional Director for the American Society Civil Engineers (ASCE). Chuck will serve ASCE's Region 4 which includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Arkansas. S&ME delivers engineering, design, planning, environmental and construction services for the built environment. Founded in 1973, S&ME has grown to an 1100-person corporation operating from 35 offices across the US. S&ME is owned by its employees who remain faithful to its core values of safety, quality and client service. S&ME's goal is to provide practical solutions to its clients' infrastructure, development and environmental challenges.
