Ardmore Little Theatre presents John Steinbeck's "Of Mice and Men"
In a time when dreams seemed a thing of the past, two unlikely friends dare to believe in a better life. George and Lennie, farm workers in Depression-era California try to scrape together enough money to buy a house of their own.
But when Lennie stirs up trouble on the job, George must choose between protecting his friend or staying the course towards his version of the American dream. This timeless and beautiful Pulitzer Prize winning classic by John Steinbeck is a haunting reminder that even when we believe in them most, dreams may go wrong and "the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry."
