In Zen 2, the pedal hits the metal. We continue to practice the "ease-full" approach to improv comedy in an incredibly positive and accepting atmosphere that will build your confidence as you strengthen your skills and expand your improv toolbox. As with Zen 1, we'll use exercises, improv games, and scene work to expand your practice of the vital improvisation skills of listening carefully with all our parts, accepting other people's ideas, redefining and disempowering failure, staying in the moment, reacting honestly to the reality of the here and now, paying attention acutely, quieting judgment, and much more.

This class meets on the following EIGHT evenings, 6:30-8:30pm at The Pilates Studio in the DOWNSTAIRS classroom (104 Russell St, Rt. 9 and West Street, Hadley - it's in a strip of stores kittycorner from Esselon):
