About Rudy:

By day, Rudy Ramirez is a writer, director and performer specializing in the creation of new work. He was a finalist for the 2015 NNPN National Directors Fellowship, a three time winner and 4 time nominee for the B. Iden Payne Award for Outstanding Direction, and has worked with The Austin Bike Zoo,Sky Candy Aerial Arts, Shrewd Productions, Teatro Vivo and The VORTEX, where he has served as Associate Artistic Director since 2011. By night, he is Freddy For Anything and has hosted for The Jigglewatts, Beast-Tease Boys Boylesque, Carousel Cabaret, The Lolly Bombs (Dallas), Texas Burlesque Fest, Burlesque for Peace and Burlesque the Vote.
