Dogfish Head Craft Beer Dinner

This is going to be a biggie in so many ways. For starters, Dogfish Head is celebrating their 20th anniversary (or, as they say, "20 off-centered years), and we are all in on that celebration! And then there are the brews we'll be pouring for the dinner: rare, high octane, and BIG (check out the list below)!

Butternut Squash Soup with dried cranberries
Paired with: Dogfish Head Punkin (7% abv)

DINNER CHOICES
Pork Carnitas with sweet potato hash, jalapeno cilantro slaw & Dogfish Kvasir mole sauce
Paired with: Dogfish Head Kvasir (9% abv)

Paired with: Dogfish Head American Beauty (9%Abv) NOTE: Inspired by the Grateful Dead, American Beauty is brewed with organic granola, which contains almonds

Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brussels sprouts, spinach, sage butter sauce & shaved Parmesan
Paired with: Dogfish Head Palo Santo (12%Abv)

DESSERT
Homemade Rum Raisin Bread Pudding, served warm with vanilla bean ice cream
