COTE Sustainable Building Tour Laguna Beach Residence

This tour is of an eco-friendly eco-friendly 4,300-square-feet home in an environmentally sensitive zone. The project is registered as the second U.S. Green Building LEED along the California coastline. The developer was a driving force behind the green concept from the beginning. A large central courtyard with pool and spa organizes living spaces in two discrete building masses, one oceanfront with direct views and the other, street side with courtyard views. This allows all rooms have daylight and a garden or the ocean to capture breezes and the joys of outdoor living.
