In this 4-hour hands-on cooking class you'll tackle Thanksgiving dinner from start to finish as hone your knife skills, master essential techniques, and learn delicious new recipes for your next Holiday meal. Chef Katie will also share her tips and tricks for planning ahead (think a prep-timeline) as she puts a gourmet twist on her Turkey Day favorites!
