Hatha Yoga with Abby Denny
Hatha Yoga $90 (6 sessions)
Wednesdays // October 14 - November 18 // 7:30 - 8:45 p.m.
Yoga helps to create a more calm and peaceful you while building physical strength and flexibility. Open yourself to the wonderful benefits of a regular yoga practice. Traditional poses (asanas), breath techniques (pranayama) and guided meditation (dhyana) will be explored. Poses are taught with an emphasis on the core stressing alignment to help build a strong foundation. Spend some time in a non-competitive environment releasing tension and anxiety from your busy life. You will leave with a sense of renewed self. All levels welcome.
