Beginners Yoga with Abby Denny
Chair Yoga $90 (6 sessions)
Mondays // October 12 - November 16 // 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
In this class, you will learn to practice yoga using a chair in a gentle and restorative way. Classes include both seated and standing poses (asanas), breath techniques (pranayama), and guided meditation (dhyana). Yoga has been shown to help reduce stress, improve posture, lower blood pressure, and increase your inner calm come and experience how yoga can impact your life. A perfect combination of flexibility, strength and intention.
