We defy you to still think choir concerts are boring after hearing this concert! Join Kantorei in two of Kansas City's most beautiful churches for this exciting event filled with traditional Latin rhythms and harmonies from 1600's Mexico all the way to modern day Brazil and Venezuela. Our featured work is an exciting Argentian Mass complete with harpsichord, percussion, cello and guitar. Missa Criolla by Ariel Ramirez is worth the price of admission alone, and that's only one piece! Featuring tenor David Adams, guitarist Beau Bledsoe, cellist Trilla Ray-Carter, harpsichordist Charlie Metz, and percussionist Will Braune together with the Kantorei's "refined and impressive...warm, rich sound," this concert is NOT to be missed!
