Homeschool Spring Gala

It was the age of jazz, flappers, swells, Fitzgerald and Zelda, the Charleston and extravagant parties! Get your "glad rags" on and come back to the Roaring Twenties at the Homeschool Spring Gala to celebrate the end of another school year.

Don't be a "wet blanket" and miss out because it's going to be the "bee's knees"!

Once you enter your fun evening starts with DJ Spinnin' Scott, and a photo booth where you and your friends can try on zany props, snap group photos and get them printed all night long.

There will be plenty of teen favorite food and drink offerings served by our caterer, Putting On the Ritz. In addition, our professional Gala photographer will take your candid and posed shots. These will be made available to all attendees after the dance. You will be able to down load any of the pictures free of charge.

A special tribute will be made to all our "big cheese" seniors.

Dressy clothes are the norm, but tuxedos and floor-length gowns are totally optional. Most guys sport a jacket and tie and the girls choose a variety of dress lengths. This is not an event that you need a date for, either! Guests mix and mingle with their friends and make new ones. Seating is not pre-assigned so everyone is free to move around throughout the evening.

The Gala is for homeschoolers and their guests ages 13 and up. Time is 8:00 pm to midnight.

Please note that the Gala has a new home for its eighth year - the beautiful and elegant Great Room at Historic Savage Mill (pictured left). The Great Room also has a large covered deck where you can chill with your friends.

LAST DAY for ticket sales is April 25, 2016 or until sold out - which ever comes first. Only 150 teen tickets are available.
