SPICE
Join us as we explore the origins and history of the spices of INDIA. Spice expert, Mary Cardas from SAVORY SPICE SHOP will take us on a journey. She will allow us to taste each spice individually and then help us to create our own Indian spice blend.
This blend will then be used by our very own PS UNDERGROUND chef, David Horgen in a cooking demonstration. He will incorporate it into a a dish that will be served at our upcoming event,
PASSAGE TO INDIA
We will enjoy Indian inspired appetizers and a special Indian minted tea along the journey.
The blend we create will be featured in the shop for all to purchase.
