Description workshop: Your first lucid dream can be an unforgettable experience! Consciously aware within a lucid dream, you may have a sense of lucid euphoria, feeling the potential inherent in this magical state. But what if it only happens once a year? Or worse, the lucid dream ends within seconds of you becoming lucid! In this workshop for lucid dreaming beginners, author Robert Waggoner will distill decades of lucid experience into easily understandable techniques and tips to help you become lucid and stay lucid.

Speaker: Robert Waggoner is one of the most well-known lucid dreaming experts in the world, and author of the acclaimed book, Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self, and a past President of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD). He co-edits the free online magazine, The Lucid Dream Exchange, and frequently speaks on lucid dreaming at colleges and conferences worldwide.
