THE DINNER:
Four beers (two from each brewery, 6oz pours), four individually portioned courses, with a 5th beer not yet released (Red Hare Chocolate Porter) as a finale (12 oz pour)

2nd course
Monday Night, Eye Patch Ale
Seared Tybee Island Shrimp, Lemon-Spinach Risotto

3rd course
Red Hare, Watership Brown
Braised Carolina Rabbit, Brown Butter Sweet Potatoes, Peanuts

4th course
Monday Night, Drafty Kilt
Smoked Gum Creek Farm Pork Sausage, Cabbage, Caraway, Raisins

Finale
Red Hare, Chocolate Porter (finale, no pairing)
