Free Playwriting Workshop

YMTC is hosting a free playwriting workshop on Monday, November 7th for teens and parents.

Instructor Dave Garrett will lead the group through some theater games and writing exercises that will jumpstart your imagination and get your ideas down on paper.

When: Monday, November 7th, 6:30pm 8:30pm

Where: Willard Middle School's Metal Shop Theater, 2425 Stuart Street, Berkeley (Entrance on Regent Street)

Bring: Your favorite pen or pencil. Paper will be provided.

(Maximum class size of 30 teens or adults)

Note: The YMTC workshop "Book & Lyrics" scheduled for November/January will likely be cancelled due to low enrollment. However, if enough people indicate that they'd like to keep writing, we may continue the originally planned workshop the following week at a reduced rate.
