Fan Fest 2015 Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition
SATURDAY, AUGUST 15th
The Fan Fest 2015 Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition is Saturday, August 15, 2015. This event celebrates the Season opener of the Seattle Pro Football season and will start a tradition beginning in August. An entrance fee of $20.00 per car (plus online convenience admin fee of $2.00); will automatically enter your vehicle into all competition categories and drawings for special prizes. Please remember that 50% of proceeds go to North Beach School District Athletic Group(s).
The weekend will be full of great vehicles, traditions and excitement. To further this spirit, we require that all Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition entries maintain an appropriate family theme. Please be creative and have lots of fun! Be sure to complete and send in your complete Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition Packet. It includes:
1. Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition Application
2. Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition Rules Form
3. Hold Harmless Form
We ask that you send in your completed application with all the necessary signatures, forms, application fees and proof of Auto Insurance to:

The first 25 cars that enter by downloading, completing the forms with payments received before the deadline of Friday August 7, 2015 will receive a dash plaque and preferred parking for the event.
Check-In is at the world famous Quinault Beach Resort and Casino marked parking lot at 6 p.m. All cars must remain in place during the entire show. Judging will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. with the awards presented at 9 pm.
Entrance proof will be emailed to each entry within 2 business days after receipt of proof of payment by check or FanFestGlowandShow.brownpapertickets.com. After the August 7, Friday deadline packets can be picked up at the event check-in location. Or it can be downloaded, filled in and mailed in. Each entrance packet will include a Glow & Show participant pass, with information regarding check-in procedures, directions for registration and staging areas.
You must have your Glow & Show participant pass with you at all times prior to the Glow & Show car Competition beginning. Glow & Show car Competition security will only allow entries with the Glow and & Show Vehicle Competition participant pass in the staging areas. Prior to the 7pm show start time.
