Enoversity: Wines From Down Under

At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2015, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.

In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.

We go down under to the wild lands of kangaroos and koalas this November! The lands of Australia are vast, but their wine is focused in scattered pockets with Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Cabernet growing wonderfully. Their neighbors to the east have some terrific coastal regions growing Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Get cozy this fall with these wines!
