Fall Hoola Hooping Sessions
Join the growing hooping revolution this fall with a jam-packed month-long hooping series designed for adult beginners, instructed by hooper extraordinaire, Strange Powers. Classes will cover the following topics: waist, chest, neck, & limb hooping, traveling, transitions, levels & angles, hoopdance, tricks, performance tips, and overall fluidity of movement. Hooping is a stellar body and brain
workout, an instant good-mood-maker, a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, and a super-fun form of meditation. You'll love it!
Hoops of varying sizes will be provided for in-class use, and new hoops will be on hand for purchase as well. Check out www.hoopingpowers.com for more information.
