An average American eats more than 8 pounds of pickles a year. But they are not only popular in the US also Germans like to have a pickle with their Abendbrot. Like with most food, the best pickles are homemade! Join Rita Schubert's class if you have some cucumbers to spare this summer or if you just want to learn the secret of pickling!
Nominal class fee includes demonstration, recipes, one drink and tasting.
