LATINO MUSIC FESTIVAL RAQUEL ANDUEZA y LA GALANÍA
The soprano Raquel Andueza and "The Galania" present a program of music from the era of Miguel de Cervantes (1547 - 1616) , with text by Calderon de la Barca , Quevedo and Cervantes himself , among others. They also pay homage to the Castilian language , which already traveled and was present in European music collections of the time. The concert "I am the crazy " presents a rare occasion to listen to the wonderful music of seventeenth century Iberian peninsula.
"The Galania" was founded in 2010 by Raquel Andueza and Jesús Fernández Baena , with the purpose of interpreting baroque music , from the seventeenth and eighteenth century, based on a the most scrupulous historic principles and committed to work with the best musicians from Spain and other countries .
