Lea Bertucci with Bradley Eros & Anthony Saunders

ISSUE Project Room Presents at Artists Space Books & Talks:

For the second installment of her 2015 ISSUE residency, Lea Bertucci presents two duo sets of new music with collaborators Bradley Eros (film projections) and Anthony Saunders (modular synth, amplified metal). The evening features Bertucci exploring the sonic qualities of a decrepit alto saxophone that sat in the basement of Bradley Eros' home for 25 years. She is joined by Eros, who creates a live collage of 35mm slide and 16mm film projections. A second duo features Anthony Saunders, of seminal harsh noise group Bastard Noise, with Bertucci on bass clarinet. This performance celebrates the release of the duo's first cassette on Saunders' RSM record label.
