Shake it! Don't break it! Coco Lectric shows you how to shake those hips island style and how to incorporate these movements into a burlesque routine. Learn Polynesian and Afro-Caribbean dance technique in this fun-filled class. An extended hip stretching warm-up will be included. Bring workout clothing and a sarong or hip scarf for full effect. Shoes optional.
