Addison Frei Quartet Returns at the cell

Fresh off the release of Transit, Addison Frei returns to the Cell with vocalist Tahira Clayton and a new trio featuring Raviv Markowitz and Jason Burger. Together they will explore the repertoire of one of the most prolific and distinctive composers in jazz: Thelonious Monk. Inspired by Carmen McRae's Carmen Sings Monk, Clayton delves into the lyrics of Jon Hendricks and Sally Swisher along with her own original text. Join them for an evening that celebrates the melodies of the High Priest of Bebop.
