IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO RESIST AGING -- Steve Hodgson

Have you ever wondered whether you can slow down the physical effects of aging? If so, this class will present a physical therapist's perspective of tips that can slow or prevent the progression of physical degeneration.

You will learn about physiological changes associated with normal aging and how you can effectively cope with the more serious muscular and postural dysfunctions that may occur in the later years of life. Your instructor will also present an historical perspective on physical therapy, an overview of the pathologies of aging and practical tips on preventive maintenance.

Instructor for this course is Steve Hodgson, a Physical Therapist specializing in post operative rehabilitation, foot and ankle conditions, vertigo, wound care, ACL screening and injury prevention. He is the owner of a physical therapy practice in Templeton.
