Enoversity: The Mediterranean

At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2015, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.

In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.

Mediterranean wines have flavors of olives, dried fruits, herbs, and the sea to name just a few. In this month's class, we will play with some wonderful wines made from some unique grapes to help all of those wine lovers out there connect with a new favorite. We will be serving reds and whites, such as Vidiano, Albarino, Tinto del Toro, Vinhao, and Carignan.
