How To Preserve Game and Fish
Learn the newest recommendations for preserving your bounty of wild game and fish. This course is for the beginner to advanced hunter or fisherman who wishes to learn the different ways that they can preserve their game or fish for enjoying year round. In this course you will learn how to safely make jerky, a brief overview of sausage, how to smoke your fish and the difference in canning it over non-smoked fish, pressure canning and the best methods and packaging for freezing your game and fish. Included in the course are recipes and related literature.
